bulletPlastic sheets are not required.
bulletDo not print until everything is completed and all corrections have been made.
bulletPunch holes in all pages at the same time.

Title Page

bulletWhat is the title of your project?
bulletIs the title creative?
bulletDoes the title make people want to find out more?

Table of Contents (No title Page)
The table of contents allows a reader to follow the organization of the data book quickly.

Introduction (Title Page Needed)
The introduction includes background information, purpose and hypothesis.

Materials & Methods (Title Page Needed)
Describe in detail your procedure you used.  It should be detailed enough so that someone would be able to repeat the experiment from your directions.

Analysis (Title Page Needed)
Any data collected goes here.  Be thorough.  Include a discussion of possible errors.  Explain your findings.  These questions may help you in writing your analysis (discussion).

bullet What does your data show you?  What observations did you make?  What patterns do you see when you look at the trials?  Explain these patterns in writing. 
 
bullet Did you make any changes? Did you have any problems?  (If the answer is no, do not include in your analysis, but there is usually a change and/or a problem with each investigation.)

Conclusion (Title Page Needed)
I did this experiment to learn... 
I thought that...because  or  My hypothesis was... because...I found out that...   I know this because...(this is where your average data goes)  This information would be useful to... because...  If I was to investigate further, I would...

Acknowledgments (No title Page)
You should always thank those who assisted you, including individuals, businesses, and educational or research institutions.

Bibliography (No title Page)

bullet Your reference list should include any documentation that is not your own. 
bullet Make sure your references are in alphabetical order.
bullet Include all printed references.
