Monday
  • Define matter.
  • Describe the states of matter.
  • Understand the basic vocabulary of solid, liquid, and gas.
  • Describe the characteristics of each state.
  • Give examples of each state from daily life.
  • Understand that solids and liquids occupy much less space than gases.

Assignment:  Solid, Liquid, or Gas Lab.
