Monday No School!  Snow Day!!  
Tuesday
  • Increase understanding and retention of vocabulary words. 

Assignment:  Orange word wall words (25, 26, 27 28) due Thursday, November 13th.

 
Wednesday
  • Describe prior knowledge of the atom.

Assignment: Review Article Analysis. Review Procedure.  Atom Brainstorming (31). 

 
Thursday
  • Demonstrate knowledge of vocabulary.
  • Try to comprehend how small the atom is.
  • Identify basic subatomic particles-protons, neutrons, and electrons-that make up an atom.

Assignment:  Orange Words due.  Orange words quiz (29).  Atoms Family PowerPoint/Notes (32).
